Quality of the EC-AQUA Consortium
The EC-AQUA project consortium unifies six partners from four European countries - Bulgaria, Austria, France and Turkey, including a company, two NGOs, a research organization (R&D), university and a consulting body.
The EC-AQUA consortium structure follows hierarchic principles, governed by the Project Management Board (PMB), leaded by a Project Management Coordinator. The Board includes the contact persons of each partner and is responsible for the performance of the project operational phases.
The National Partner Offices (NPOs) are responsible for coordination and performance of the project work. The valorization is assigned to Project Valorization Unit (PVU).
